Oahu Deconstruction Crew Member

Join our team as an Oahu Deconstruction Crew Member in the Nonprofit & Social Services industry. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about environmental sustainability and making a positive impact in their community. As a Deconstruction Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in salvaging materials, handling recycling and waste, and contributing to our mission of sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Perform surface and structural salvage work
- Handle recycling and waste materials
- Prepare and load salvaged material for hauling
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively
- Work in all outdoor elements and conditions
- Pay attention to detail and safety protocols
- Commit to the environmental mission of the organization
- Engage in physically demanding labor, including lifting up to 60+ lbs throughout the workday

Requirements:
- Some construction background and experience
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to work in various outdoor conditions
- Attention to detail and safety
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership experience/skills are advantageous
- Commitment to the environmental mission of the organization
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Reliable transportation for commuting to job sites
- Valid driver's license.
