The Human Resources Generalist will bring their applied knowledge of human resources to support the ongoing growth and development of our diverse team of over 500 team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive and results-oriented with a strong focus on talent acquisition including effective sourcing across various channels.

Applicants must currently reside on Oahu, Hawaii to be considered for this role.

The Opportunity:

  • Partner with HR Team and Leadership to implement initiatives that support workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational design.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies with other Business Partners to attract qualified candidates for various positions company wide.
  • Creatively utilize multiple channels including job boards, networking, and events to source and engage potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and assist in the selection process.
  • Forecast future talent or staffing needs.
  • Deliver on all Human Resources operational and cyclical programs.
  • Recommend new approaches to policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices, including but not limited to, employee relations and HR management.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent across various functions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment.
  • Service-oriented and able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects, and be proactive going beyond the call of duty.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

  • Starting Pay: $60,000/Year. The posted wage is the current starting wage for this position. Actual wage is dependent on the applicant’s relevant experience.
