About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator is a responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the logistics and supply chain operations within an organization. Their primary role is to ensure that goods are efficiently and effectively transported, stores, and distributed while optimizing costs and meeting customer demands.

What You’ll Do

  • Process orders and ensure HFA Webapp reflects accurate data.
  • Enter data collected into appropriate systems.
  • Perform scanning and billing functions for specific accounts.
  • Provides logistics customer support desk.
  • Be the Web app lead in user experience for customers and HFA liaison for Technology team in developing HFA Webapp.
  • Assist with Tariff record keeping.
  • Occasional lifting, packing, sorting, loading/unloading products.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’ll Love About You

  • High school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate).
  • Familiar with laws, regulations, and other requirements that apply to logistics.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, import/export laws, and custom procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Attention to detail and organized.
  • Ability to support and maintain a high standard of productivity
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Good oral and written communication skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient in logistics software tools preferred
