Oahu Merchandising Supervisor (East)

Early Morning start time servicing East Oahu

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of merchandisers including assigning schedules, setting performance expectations, and providing guidance to ensure efficient and accurate stock management.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
• Engage in recruitment of new team members including interviewing and selection.
• Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities.
• Follow and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback on current market issues, opportunities and competitive activity.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with all vendors
