The Pricing & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing pricing strategies through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving marketplace performance through standardized processes, data-driven analysis, promotion planning, pricing coordination, and content health across web and retail platforms. In addition, this role partners cross- functionally with Finance, Sales, Buyers and Operations to ensure accurate execution, proactive planning, and continuous performance improvement across all supported channels.Applicants must currently reside in Oahu, Hawaii to be considered for this role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process & Governance

  • Develop, document, and standardize procedures across marketplace operations.
  • Establish pricing guidelines, approval workflows, compliance standards to ensure consistent execution of processes and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Maintain and continuously improve operational workflows based on performance insights.

Data, Analysis & Reporting

  • Own all marketplace data within the web application, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct promotion, pricing, and performance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Perform lift calculations to evaluate promotion effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintain and utilize retail price survey data for competitive analysis and strategy.

Promotions & Pricing

  • Lead proactive promotion planning aligned with business goals and retail calendars.
  • Manage web app promotions, including setup, validation, and performance tracking.
  • Execute promotion calculations and post-promotion analysis with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance on pricing follow-ups, analysis, and approval processes.

Content & Portal Management

  • Own portal support activities, including new item authorization, price changes, product photos and content updates.
  • Drive content health targets across platforms (photos, videos, and enhanced content).
  • Lead photo and content upgrades for key retailers 

Retail & Marketplace Execution

  • Support customers with ongoing maintenance and optimization.
  • Ensure marketplace portals are current, accurate, and optimized for performance.
  • Use retail insights and survey data to guide execution and improvements.

Communication & Leadership

  • Resume and lead weekly meetings to review performance, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Track open items and ensure timely closure across teams.
  • Provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Manager-level experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or retail operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in promotion, pricing, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to standardize processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations.
  • Strong project management, follow-up, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with major retailers and marketplaces preferred.
  • Currently reside on Oahu.
