Job Description

Office Administrator is needed for a full-time position in Sand Island. The Office Administrator for this contracting company will come on board to support the owner of the company by preparing quotes, handling bookkeeping duties, and working on other administrative duties as needed. 


You will be working with a lot of spreadsheets so we need someone who has experience creating them in Microsoft Excel. You should also have experience with software like QuickBooks and Intuit. 


Addition​al Responsibilities:


  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Respond to emails and general correspondence
  • Prepare quotes for clients
  • Enter bookkeeping information into QuickBooks
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Intuit, and QuickBooks
  • Strong skills with creating and updating spreadsheets
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an industrial industry
