Job Description



 Responsible to process deal documents for the dealership and completing titling and licensing work for those vehicles. Will also answer questions from the sales staff on status of their deal and perform cashiering functions for Servco Subaru Honolulu Parts and Service departments. Requires high school graduate or equivalent, minimum one year of auto retail business office processing experience, ten key by touch, intermediate skill level in Word and Excel, DealerTrack knowledge, intermediate ADP knowledge, strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Accounting knowledge a plus. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and some Saturdays as needed.
