Job Description

Well-known local company is in need of a temporary Office Support Clerk to assist their Customer Installation Department. Looking for candidates who can start ASAP and work for 3 to 4 months.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and review customer correspondence letters.
  • Enter billing information into computer system.
  • File, scan and maintain customer service request documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Must be able to start ASAP and commit for the full duration of the assignment.
  • Must be able to type minimum 45 WPM.
  • Organized with good attention to detail.
  • Strong computer literacy.
