Job Description

Interested in helping people have a fun and memorable vacation experience? Travel company has a full-time opening for an Operations and Guest Experience Coordinator. You will spend your days arranging hotel reservations, sightseeing opportunities, and cruises. To be successful in this role, you will need to have great organizational skills and have a sharp eye for details to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

 

Due to the nature of this business, we need someone who will be able to work on Saturdays. Applicants should have a flexible schedule to work when needed. 

 

Addition​al Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan all aspects of trip from ground transportation to baggage handling
  • Coordinate airport arrivals with greeters
  • Plan welcome events for guests 
  • Answer phone calls and work with Tour Directors and outside vendors
  • Assist with late bookings and cancellations
  • Run occasional errands
  • Update and maintain the vendor contract database
  • Gather, review, and respond to guest feedback and complaints

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum one year of travel or hospitality experience performing sales or administration responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexible schedule to work Saturdays
