Job Description
This position starts as part-time but has the potential to go to full-time as funding allows. Candidate must have a master's degree in a human services field, experience in conducting and reporting on evaluations, experience working with children and families, a driver's license, and be willing to provide leadership in program evaluations.
- Conduct assessments and program evaluations for all services and submit reports.
- Assist with or conduct intakes and coordinate case management with other staff.
- Coordinate, supervise, and facilitate therapeutic peer groups and mentoring activities for clients, assuring their safety during program activities.
- Coordinate or provide child supervision while caregivers attend court hearings or other needed services.
- Conduct outreach to governement and community organizations to enhance services.
- Maintain a database on clients assuring the highest possible level of confidentiality.
- Write reports on outcomes based on surveys and other evaluation measures.
