Job Description
This position starts as part-time but has the potential to go to full-time as funding allows. Candidate must have a master's degree in a human services field, experience in conducting and reporting on evaluations, experience working with children and families, a driver's license, and be willing to provide leadership in program evaluations.
  1. Conduct assessments and program evaluations for all services and submit reports.
  2. Assist with or conduct intakes and coordinate case management with other staff.
  3. Coordinate, supervise, and facilitate therapeutic peer groups and mentoring activities for clients, assuring their safety during program activities.
  4. Coordinate or provide child supervision while caregivers attend court hearings or other needed services.
  5. Conduct outreach to governement and community organizations to enhance services.
  6. Maintain a database on clients assuring the highest possible level of confidentiality.
  7. Write reports on outcomes based on surveys and other evaluation measures.
