At LDAH, we provide comprehensive hearing, vision, and developmental screenings to prepare children for Kindergarten. Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing, vision, and developmental screenings for children aged 3-4.
- Collaborate with parents to communicate screening results and provide guidance.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach programs to reach more children across the State.
- Maintain accurate records of screenings and follow-up with families as needed.
- Work closely with a team of professionals dedicated to early childhood education and development.
Requirements
- Proficient in reading, writing, and computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education
- College degree preferred in early education.
- High school diploma accepted with 2 years of experience in early, preschool, or childcare work.
