- Assist with answering phone calls and taking to-go orders
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with grace and professionalism
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for operating reservation systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate a busy restaurant floor
- must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Part time evenings 4pm to 10pm Mon- Thur and 4pm to 11pm Fri & Sat
