Part-Time Sushi Kiosk Team Member – $17/hr
Locations: Kapolei Costco & Hawaii Kai Costco

We’re hiring responsible, punctual, and fast-paced individuals to join our sushi kiosk team inside Costco locations. You’ll be working independently after training to help prepare ingredients, assist customers, and close the kiosk each day.

This is a great part-time opportunity for students, second-job seekers, or anyone looking for consistent work in a supportive local business. There’s also long-term potential for those who take ownership and show reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Prep ingredients (cucumber, avocado, imitation crab, etc.) for next morning’s production

• Refill condiments and clean prep stations

• Make and display sushi items as needed

• Clean and close down the kiosk at end of shift

• Help customers with questions and requests (soy sauce, chopsticks, etc.)

• Punctual and reliable – shows up on time, every time

• Independent worker – comfortable working alone after training

• Fast and focused – manages time well and moves with purpose

• Friendly attitude and attention to cleanliness

• Willingness to follow food safety standards

Schedule:

• Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Weekends: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
