Salary: $18 per hour

Job Type: Part Time
Location: Honolulu

Shift and schedule:

Tuesday 9am-2pm (5hrs)

Thursday 9am-2pm (5hrs)

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Janitorial (2-3 days a week – 10 hours a week)

  o Pick up and trash on property (3x per week)

  o Clean trash enclosure area (2x per week)

  o Clean pool recreation area (2x per week)

  o Clean corridors/breezeways/hallways (1x per week)

  o Clean elevators (2x per week)

  o Clean Laundry Facilities (2x per week

  o Clean Mailbox area (1x per week)

  o Clean trash chute doors (1x per week)

  o Wipe surfaces - As needed

  o Clean storage area (1x per week)

  o Clean lighting fixtures (monthly)

  o Landscaping x2/month

  ▪ Weeding

  ▪ Trimming hedges

  ▪ Tree trimming not included in weekly scope

Minimum Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Flexible and adapt well to change
• Team Player

• Honest and trustworthy, able to work both independently and in a team
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new techniques
• Dependable, always punctual for shifts
• Strong attention to detail
• Efficient time management skills

Candidates without experience will be considered if they have a strong willingness to learn and a variety of other skills or personality traits that fit the position requirements.
