Job Description

Business in Kaimuki that handles appraisals has a part-time position available for an Administrative Assistant. As the Assistant to this company, you will work out of their Kaimuki headquarters using a Mac laptop to email clients, perform data entry, and market the company’s services on social media including Yelp, Facebook, and Instagram. You will also be tasked with maintaining files and records so attention to detail is a must.

 

The chosen candidate must be familiar with the listed social platforms as well as familiar with working on an Apple computer.

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Apple Mac computers
  • Social media marketing experience to work in Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
