Job Description

Financial planning company is seeking a Receptionist for a part-time opportunity. Training will be provided, but you should have some previous front desk experience.


This is a long-term temporary assignment located near Ala Moana. Parking is not provided.


Addition​al Responsibilities:


  • Answer multiple phone lines and provide assistance to callers
  • Greet and welcome office visitors and guests.
  • Assist with mail receiving and distribution duties.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, faxing, mailing, etc.
  • Provide assistance with light projects as needed.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Must have previous front office desk experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work a multi-line phone system.
  • Strong customer service and professional presentation.
  • Must be able to commit to a long term, temporary assignment.
