Looking for a new customer service opportunity? We have a full-time Counter Person opening for a construction equipment company in the Salt Lake area. In this role, you will provide assistance to customers and take part orders.

Additio​nal Responsibilities:

 

  • Take parts orders through phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Enter information into company database to process order.
  • Create purchase orders with vendors and follow up on statuses. 
  • Take payments and handle invoicing. 
  • Maintain store display inventory.
  • Handle other duties as assigned. 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience with construction equipment desirable. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy. 
  • Must be helpful and customer-focused.
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Solid prioritization and time-management skills.
