Additional Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the payroll team 
  • Exercise discretion in all matters as they relate to payroll plan administration
  • Process payroll, client invoices, and related documents
  • Enter and coordinate employee and client data into system
  • Analyze and maintain important client documents and account information


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Payroll administration experience preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment processing a high volume of payroll and benefit forms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess excellent problem solving skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Confident telephone skills
  • Personal integrity and responsibility
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
