Job Description

Interested in gaining HR experience? ALTRES is looking for a temporary in-house Placement Assistant to support our medical staffing team. The ideal candidate takes initiative, has excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new tasks quickly. Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful, but not required.

Addit​ional Responsibilities:


  • Perform data entry and maintain multiple databases 
  • Review and upload resumes
  • Screen potential candidates, both over the phone and in-person
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with clients and candidates
  • Answer all incoming inquiries over the phone and through email 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous admin/office experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software
  • Ability to multi-task, learn new tasks quickly, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills over the phone and in person
  • Ability to commit to the entire length of assignment
