Responsibilities:

- Keep the kitchen spotless and organized

- Assist the head chef and other cooks when things get crazy busy
- Stock and rotate inventory to keep everything fresh
- Help with basic cooking tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Knife skills sharp enough to impress Gordon Ramsay
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain one)
