KCAA Preschools is looking for an energetic, motivated Preschool Office Assistant who is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to supporting all administrative functions at the school. This position is located at our KCAA Mother Rice Preschool location in Moiliili.
Job Summary
Responsible, under the supervision of the Center Director, for supporting the daily administrative and
operational functions of the school. Serves as the school’s primary point of contact for internal and
external customers through in person, phone, and digital communications. Manages the enrollment
process from initial family inquiry through full enrollment, including scheduling tours, waitlists,
registration, onboarding, and ongoing family communication, with the goal of maintaining full enrollment
at the school. Provides administrative, clerical, and systems support; maintains student and family records
in both digital systems and physical files; assists with school communications and events; coordinates
office operations and supplies; and supports overall school organization and customer service. Provides
occasional, short-term coverage in the classroom to ensure compliance with DHS regulations.
Must have a high school diploma. Must have minimum 2 years experience in a professional office setting. Must be able to successfully pass DHS Criminal History Check and a background check.
