Job Description

The purpose of the position is to perform a variety of accounting duties to support the various departments within Lanakila Pacific.  The position will perform a wide range tasks working closely with operations.

KEY SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position Specific Duties:

 

  • Compiles and enters information from operating departments for billing purposes.  Requires extensive use of MS Excel.

  • Provides support to Managers in gathering accounting information for requests for proposals and contract renewals.

  • Assists with compiling information to report on grants and contracts.

  • Works with Managers on federal contracts to ensure compliance with the Service Contract Act.

  • Knowledge and experience working with Sage or other accounting software preferred.

Required:

 

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. 

  • Experience: 2 years bookkeeping or similar experience

  • Clearances/Certification: 1) TB clearance; 2) Criminal background check; 3) Child Protective Service/Adult Protective Service check;

 

Working Conditions/Hours:

 

 

 

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm; indoors, office setting, may be required to work outside of normal business hours.
