Job Description

Well established developer seeks a Project Engineer to join its Hawaii team in Site Development performing a variety of engineering field and office administrative work in connection with designing designated development projects. The successful candidate will prepare, schedule, coordinate, analyze, make recommendations and monitor assigned engineering projects; work closely with project development, building construction, and consultants to develop project scope and designs; achieves optimum performance and projected budgeted outcome.  Will also maintain relationships and communication with the community and government agencies, ensuring compliance with industry practices, codes and regulations.


A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or in a related field is preferred. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in residential development; with an emphasis on master planning desirable. Knowledge of engineering technology, building construction and design best practices. Must be flexible, practical and business-minded with an ability to multitask, and prioritize projects.  Be driven to work in a dynamic, multicultural, diverse environment. Salary commensurate with experience.
