Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG)
Grant Management Coordinator
$5,712 - $6,948 per month, salary commensurate w/ training and experience
Exempt, non-civil service, full-time, temporary appointment. The purpose of the position is to manage and coordinate programmatic and administrative activities in relation to the Public Health Infrastructure (PHI) and other related grants. Activities include supervising assigned administrative support staff, effective and efficient oversight of all pre- and post-grant activities, ensuring grant compliance with federal grant requirements, data collection and analysis, policies and procedures, maximization of grant funding opportunities, monitoring progress on accomplishing scope of work described in grant applications, and working to ensure program delivery aligns with grant funds and DOH strategic plan.
Minimum Qualification(s)
EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE: Three and a half (3.5) years of progressively responsible professional, program management, administrative or analytical experience involving locating, monitoring, evaluating, obtaining, and/or administering federal, state and/or private grants.
