Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG)
Program Evaluator

$6,399 - $7,787 per month, salary commensurate w/ training and experience

 

Exempt, non-civil service, full-time, temporary appointment. The subject position is responsible for the overall design, building, implementation, maintenance, continual improvement, supervision, and reporting of all evaluation and performance measurement work performed under the Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG). The PHIG, funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, focuses on three (3) strategic areas including workforce development, foundational capabilities, and data modernization. The position is also responsible for the measurement and reporting of the PHIG Targeted Evaluation Projects that fall within one of the strategic areas identified above.

 

 

Minimum Qualification(s)

 

EDUCATION:  Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree.

 

EXPERIENCE:  Five (5) or more years of direct program evaluation experience to include evaluation design, development, collection, analysis, and reporting of process and outcomes measures with recommendations.

 

LICENSE:  Hawaii Driver License, class 3.
