Job Description

You will use your team work skills to coordinate projects and reviews with other departments, assist with audits, maintain paperwork for policy updates, and handle a variety of tasks.

Addition​al Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and facilitate reviews with other departments
  • Review and confirm accuracy of analyses and reports
  • Update and correct discrepancies within documents
  • Generate and distribute reports
  • Create and review policies 
  • Maintain all policy update paperwork
  • Facilitate and collect surveys
  • Audit training files for all departments
  • Assist with credentialing audits
  • Assist the department VP and Director with accreditation and all other tasks
  • Attend training and meetings as required


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of health care industry trends and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized
  • Adaptable to change 
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • Four years of experience in a business or administrative capacity
