Oahu Care Facility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. If you are looking for an opportunity where you can provide meaningful, hands-on care while being part of a supportive healthcare team, we would love to meet you.
As an RN at Oahu Care Facility, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care while maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
What You'll Do-
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans, physician orders, and established nursing standards.

Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in physical, mental, and psychosocial condition.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Coordinate and oversee resident care during the assigned shift.

Provide direction and guidance to CNAs and other nursing team members.

Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to physicians, supervisors, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team, as appropriate.

Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans.

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Respond appropriately to changes in condition, emergencies, falls, and other clinical situations.

Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

Follow infection prevention, resident safety, HIPAA, and facility policies and procedures.

Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Hawaiʻi

Current BLS/CPR certification

Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills

Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with CNAs and other members of the nursing team

Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred
Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: Oahu Care Facility, Honolulu, HI
Pay Range: $43.00–$47.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-Time; shift and schedule based on facility needs
