At Home Hawaii, a real estate sales & property management company, seeks a part-time yard maintenance person to join our residential real estate team on Oahu. The optimum person should have the basic knowledge and experience with: yard maintenance including working with a supplied mower, string trimmer, blower, etc. Basically, a multi-talented all-around person who pays attention to details with trimming, planting, and beautifying landscapes. Must be able to lift 50lbs. and climb a ladder when necessary. This yard person must be available to respond to the occasional after-hours/weekend trouble call, be licensed to drive their own reliable insured vehicle and have positive attitude.
