Job Description

Temporary Receptionist is needed for a condominium in Ala Moana to cover a maternity leave. This job will task with you answering phones, perform data entry, and creating spreadsheets. When you are not busy doing that you will assist with a variety of other office duties so you'll never be bored! 


The ideal candidate for this position will have basic computer skills and will be able to work out of a database program.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous office/reception experience
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Computer savvy to work out of basic programs
  • Able to type quickly with a small margin of error
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and friendly appearance and demeanor
