Job Description

A well-known, prestigious property development company in Kaka'ako is in need of a temporary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their front office

 

If you have great communication skills and an excellent eye for detail, this is the perfect position for you to gain administrative experience!

 

Schedule:

 

December 12th, 2018 - December 20th, 2018 

 

December 26th, 2018 - January 7th, 2019 

 

 

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet walk-in clients and customers 
  • Assist clients with duties such as rent payments, invoices, and providing information
  • Answer and forward phone calls 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous administrative experience desirable 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work with all levels of management 
  • Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task
