A well-known international nonprofit organization is seeking a full-time Receptionist to serve as their customers' first point of contact. The Receptionist will answer phones, take messages and forward calls, resolve and document customer complaints, and handle general office duties such as copying, printing, and scanning.

Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous admin/ office experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Great verbal and written communication with outstanding phone etiquette
