Job Description

Seeking a full-time Receptionist for a real estate company in Downtown Honolulu. This role will handle general front desk duties such as greeting guests, answering phones, and handling office correspondences.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet and assist all incoming guests. Lead guests into conference room as needed.
  • Prepare documents, emails, and other correspondences.
  • Ensure documents are accurately filed, stored, and updated.
  • Handle other administrative duties such as distributing mail, reordering office supplies, printing, copying, and faxing.



Require​d Education and Qualifications:


  • High school diploma required. College Degree preferred. 
  • Previous administrative/front desk experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work initiative and willingness to learn.
