Job Description

A leading marketing and communications firm is seeking a Receptionist to help oversee their front desk.


This is an administrative heavy role that requires someone who is not only attentive to detail but also possesses a high level of professionalism and customer service.


Additiona​l Responsibilities:


  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Provide assistance and information to callers.
  • Greet and welcome incoming guests and clients.
  • Receives and sorts incoming mail and coordinates outgoing mail.
  • Ensure the company refrigerator and lunchroom is stocked.
  • Assist with other administrative related tasks and projects.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of related administrative experience required.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
