Job Description

Financial planning office in Honolulu is growing and looking for a full-time Receptionist. We're looking for someone who has a professional appearance and is willing to help out whenever work needs to be done. 


Your primary responsibilities will be preparing and processing documents related to investment transactions, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other various office projects.


The top candidate for this position will have a fast-paced work ethic to keep up in a busy environment and have previous administrative experience.


Additi​onal Responsibilities:


  • Answer phones and respond to general inquiries
  • Research account information and values
  • Greet clients as they walk in
  • Set up and confirm appointments
  • Maintain a neat and tidy front desk area
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
