Job Description

Seeking a full-time Receptionist to provide additional support to a tax firm. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks including but not limited to greeting visitors, accurately filing documents, and answering incoming inquiries through phone, mail or in person.  

 

The ideal candidate has related experience, great interpersonal skills, and will be willing to flexibly adapt their work schedule to the tax season. 

 

Addition​al Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and direct incoming visitors
  • Answer and forward phone calls
  • Respond to all related inquiries
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system of all relevant documents 
  • Perform clerical duties such as printing, copying, and faxing
  • Handle other duties as needed

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous front desk/ office experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Great organizational skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to work overtime during busy tax season
