STEADFAST HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a nonprofit established in 1989, provides a continuum of housing options for adults living with serious mental illnesses. We are seeking one full-time Recovery Skills Specialist for our Semi-Independent Program - Hale Ulu Pono facility in Kapolei, Oahu, with an hourly rate of $19.00 to $21.00, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in training and stay informed on mental health and housing developments.
• Provide case management to help clients access community resources like food, clothing, housing, and mental health services.
• Conduct life skills training in areas including meal preparation, money management, and communication.
• Complete documentation and prepare assessments for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop goals based on their strengths and needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree in social sciences or human services is preferred.
• Valid Hawaii Driver's License with a clean record.
• One year of experience in behavioral health support services and case management.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening; must have a personal vehicle.
