A well-known, local company is looking for a temporary, full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join their team until May 31, 2019. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting hiring managers in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, reviewing background checks, and much more!

Add​itional Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting positions to job sites, assisting in relocation efforts, completing pre-employment requirements, reviewing background checks, etc. 
  • Prepare offer letters, interview materials, and candidate documents
  • Maintain communication with hiring managers, candidates, new hires, and other contacts
  • Respond to all recruiting related email inquiries
  • Maintain and update accurate system records
  • Represent the company at career fairs, community events, and open hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of previous experience  recruiting, HR, or related areas required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Quick learner and ability to learn new software and recruiting tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to commit through May 31, 2019
