Resident Support Specialist

Full-time, entry level position with benefits.

Shift Work required. Overnight shift - (10pm-6am w/ $1 differential added), Morning Shift (6am-2pm) and swing shifts (2p-10pm).

The Resident Support Specialist overall responsibility is to maintain the safety, security, and accountability of Fernhurst Residence comprising of at least 40 residents, plus staff and visitors at any given time.

Fernhurst Residence is an all-female transitional residence on O`ahu. It is a place of shelter, safety, and hope for women. This 42-unit, 3 story building features two programs: work furlough and transitional housing. These programs are designed primarily for women transitioning to self-sufficiency and from prison into the community. Life skills classes, pre-employment training referrals, case management, 24-hour security, and meals are some of the services offered.
