Job Description

Sets pace and tone for the shift. Motivates the staff to achieve results in 14 great shifts a week.

 Assists in the on board training process of interviewing and hiring quality candidates to increase retention and morale

 Recognizes employee strengths and opportunities to craft developmental lessons. Takes ownership and responsibility for development of staff though communication, documentation, and evaluation.

 Provides motivation to team through active learning opportunities. Develops a strong teamwork environment.

 Conducts meetings shiftily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually as expected to facilitate communication and creative synergy.

 Maintains a positive working relationship with all company team members, fostering and promoting cooperative, harmonious work environment keeping morale, productivity, and efficiency high.

 Builds rapport with all team members through active listening and problem solving skills.

 Holds self to a higher standard, being a role model at all times.

 Ensures integrity of the manager training programs and supports new manager’s growth.

 Shows initiative in improving the workplace and environment for the staff and guests.



Profits: Optimize financial results (drives sales and controls costs)

 Manages cost of sales through inventory management system and troubleshoot variances

 Reviews and educates cost control opportunities taking corrective action as needed and suggesting alternative courses of action with leadership

 Secures all storage and cash handling areas to minimize risk and loss

 Continuously improves operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to Arancino operating standards and philosophies , maximizing profits and minimizing costs

 Managers assigned jobs and tasks by meeting goals, analyzing opportunities, and presenting ideas to leadership


Guests: Consistently meet the standard for the guest experience (quality of operations)

 Delivers the best experience in town by the best food, service and atmosphere

 Monitors service cycles and operational standards to ensure guest satisfaction

 Ensures a well maintained, safe, secure and sanitary environment for all guests and staff
