Job Overview
We are seeking managers to lead our operational teams and enhance our business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a willingness to grow. This role is pivotal in customer service, team building and business management.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Accurate money handling and transaction
• Manager is responsible for back of house (kitchen operation) and front of house (service operations)
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across all departments.
• Manage relationships staff to support their growth and business growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring staff and promoting leadership development within the team.
• Conduct regular assessments of operational performance metrics to drive strategic planning initiatives.
