Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible to set-up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with the table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Maintains all kitchen facilities, banquet and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen, dishwashing and banquet production areas in accordance with hotel standards.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year customer service and restaurant experience required. Must be able to work any day and shift. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or transport up to 50lbs. Performs other duties and/or special projects as required.
