At Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA), we do more than distribute food. We help support stores, businesses, and communities across Hawai‘i by making sure the products people rely on are delivered and represented every day.

We are looking for dependable and motivated team members who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and managing their own route while representing one of Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned companies.

No office. No warehouse. No sitting behind a desk all day.

As a Route Merchandiser at HFA, you will manage assigned store accounts throughout East O‘ahu while ensuring products are properly stocked, organized, and consistently represented in each location.

Responsibilities include:

• Traveling to assigned store locations throughout your route
• Stocking and replenishing products on shelves and displays
• Rotating inventory and checking product freshness
• Maintaining organized and visually appealing product displays
• Building positive relationships with store teams and managers
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying restocking needs
• Working independently while managing your daily route

Every day is active, fast-paced, and different.

Schedule

• Early morning start time (4:00 AM)
• Full-time position
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Route-based position servicing East Oʻahu store locations

Finish early and enjoy having the rest of your day.
