As a Route Merchandiser, you'll work alongside a Lead Merchandiser (Driver), traveling together in a company vehicle to multiple customer locations throughout the day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and learning the merchandising business. No personal vehicle is required, making this an excellent entry point for individuals looking to begin a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

• Ride with a Lead Merchandiser (Driver) to multiple customer locations throughout your shift
• Stock and rotate food products on shelves and displays
• Maintain organized product presentation and inventory levels
• Move product from store backrooms to sales floor displays
• Assemble and remove promotional displays as needed
• Build positive relationships with store associates and managers
• Learn merchandising standards, product rotation, and display execution
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining communication throughout the day
• Use company applications to complete product counts and timekeeping

What We're Looking For

• Smartphone with internet access for required work applications
• Full-time availability (8 hours per day / 5 days per week)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong communication and reliability
• Customer service, retail, warehouse, stocking, or merchandising experience preferred, but not required
• Must currently reside on Oʻahu
