Our merchandising team plays an important role in making sure products are stocked, organized, and consistently represented in stores throughout Hawai‘i. As a Route Merchandiser at HFA, you will manage assigned Windward O‘ahu store accounts while helping ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and consistently represented throughout your route. This route is dedicated entirely to Windward locations, allowing you to stay within your area while working independently throughout the day. Your Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Early morning 4:00 AM start time
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Route servicing Windward Oahu stores
• (Kaneohe, Kailua, Waimanalo)
• Travel between assigned store locations throughout the day
• Finish early and enjoy the rest of your afternoon.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Route Merchandiser, you will manage assigned store accounts and ensure products are stocked, organized, and properly maintained throughout your route.

Responsibilities include:

• Stocking products from backroom inventory onto store shelves
• Rotating products and checking dates for freshness
• Maintaining organized, clean, and visually appealing displays
• Setting up promotional materials and product displays
• Building strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Tracking work activity, mileage, and time using company applications
• Working independently while managing your assigned route

This is an active, hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Is comfortable lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Can work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Has a smartphone with internet access for company applications
• Enjoys working independently with minimal supervision
• Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing quality work

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Merchandising
• Retail stocking
• Grocery, warehouse, or inventory work
• Customer service roles
• Route-based or independent work environments
