Sales Account Manager

Location: Oahu, Hawaii (Honolulu) | Full-Time | In-Showroom Role

ProSource Wholesale of Honolulu is looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to build lasting relationships with trade professionals and help their businesses grow. • 💰 Compensation: $48,000–$100,000/year (base + commissions + bonuses)

• Self-manage a daily outreach program: Make warm calls, generate referrals, and encourage repeat business. Consistent participation is expected and directly drives sales success.

• Prospect and onboard new trade professional members

• Build strong, long-term relationships with members and their clients

• Guide members through the sales process and product selection

• Stay current on flooring, kitchen, and bath solutions with ongoing training

• Manage accounts, orders, and follow-ups using our CRM and POS systems

• Collaborate with the showroom team on events and promotions

• A self-starter who enjoys a goal-driven, people-focused role

• Skilled in customer service, sales, and relationship-building

• Clear communicator with strong organizational skills

• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office + CRM experience)

• 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred

• Experience in flooring, home improvement, or construction a plus
