Job Description

If you love working in a dynamic environment, you might be perfect for this position. A large retail company in Honolulu has a full-time Sales Admin opening. This position will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, previous experience is therefore crucial. You also need excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay organized in busy situations. 

 

Addi​tional Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent counter assistance including taking payments, answering questions, and processing returns
  • Open and close the store, track meeting minutes, and greet clients
  • Enroll clients into programs and handle all related paperwork
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the client database
  • Print and distribute reports, catalogs, brochures, and coupons
  • Handle display setups and breakdowns
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of admin/ sales/ customer service experience
  • Advanced computer knowledge 
  • Quick learner with great initiative
  • Excellent phone and business etiquette
  • Highly organized, able to meet deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment
