Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will conduct sales in the field via face-to-face interactions between potential and existing customers. The Sales Representative will be responsible for providing the best customer experience, providing information on new or updated products as necessary, and providing customers with product benefits and features. The Sales Representative will also support the sales department in merchandising products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• At assigned supermarkets, set-up the shelves in an orderly and presentable manner.
• If shelves are low or empty, bring back stock from supermarket storage.
• Inform the Sales Supervisor of any customer or store complaints about our product.
• All other duties in support of sales of our products
• Responsible for driving the increase in sales of all products.
• Track progress of sales of all customers.
• Responsible for ensuring on‐time product delivery to customers and customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned in support of the sales of our products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of proven record as a Sales Representative.
• Organizational skills to manage daily and weekly sales schedules.
• Able to multitask to meet deadlines and customer needs.
• General organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written & verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and quick learner; easily able to adapt to new systems and structure.
• Basic software skills required (Microsoft Office ‐ Word, Excel, PowerPoint), some Adobe programs, and Internet research abilities.
• Able to provide and maintain reliable records and able to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Able to always conduct oneself professionally.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with instruction.
• Detail oriented and possess organizational skills.
• Confident and adaptable personality with excellent customer service.
• Able to communicate and work with others in team setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual Preferred– Preferred Languages: Japanese, Filipino, Chinese, or Korean
