We are currently seeking a full time Sales Support Specialist in our local operation.

 

 

Description:

 

Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Department, your primary responsibility will be taking care of new and existing clients and ensuring any and all customer issues are taken care of in a rapid manner. You will take responsibility for orphaned (house) accounts that are not assigned to any current account manager. In addition, you will take on the day to day billing, customer service, and retention issues for existing clients. In short, you will be the customer advocate and liaison between Sales and Customer Support & Billing, taking on any existing client needs or problems and seeing such through to completion; assisting Account Managers in day-to-day management of their accounts. Other responsibilities include identifying and contacting up-sell opportunities, particularly for the professional services suite of products and services, and any other related services.

You have excellent organizational and impeccable communications skills. You have a passion for making customers happy, and thrive on achieving extraordinary customer satisfaction. You are a fast learner, and have an ability to rapidly respond to shifting directions and priorities.  Previous web hosting sales experience is required.

 

Requirements:

  • Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Minimum 1 years of web hosting sales experience
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, operating systems, databases, web development & publishing, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of web hosting products and services (domain registration, shared hosting, dedicated hosting, managed hosting, etc.)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Undergraduate degree in business or communications
