SERVER – KAMITOKU JAPANESE HOTPOT

Kamitoku Japanese Hotpot is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Servers to join our team.

We offer Japanese-style all-you-can-eat hotpot in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Our Servers help guests understand the menu, enjoy the hotpot experience, and receive attentive service throughout their meal.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Greet guests and explain our all-you-can-eat hotpot menu

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks efficiently

• Check on guests and assist with additional orders and refills

• Reset tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team

• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Serving or customer service experience preferred

• Restaurant experience is a plus

• Friendly, dependable, and professional

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred

• Valid Hawaii Liquor Card or ability to obtain one before starting

• Japanese language skills are a plus but not required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Both full-time and part-time positions may be available.
