Job Description

Pacific Honda is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Service Support team. Openings are available for full-time and part-time Service Cashier/Coordinator positions. Qualified applicants must provide exceptional customer service while also being team oriented.

Service Cashier responsibilities include:
• Assisting with customer phone calls, text messages, and emails
• Coordinating and scheduling service appointments
• Processing invoices and customer transactions
• Assisting with other clerical duties as required within our Service Department.

Requirements include:
• Cheerful personality with a positive work attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to utilize point-of-sale and PC based systems (training will be provided)
• Completed COVID vaccinations
• High school diploma or greater
